Where is my package?

We understand your frustration and are sorry that you have not been able to track your package. If it has been more than 5 days since you placed your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, please check your spam/junk folders. If you are not able to locate a shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@ohlashop.com

Please note that it can take 1-3 days for the tracking information to be updated once you receive your shipping confirmation email.

What happens if I receive a defective/incorrect/damaged item?

We are so sorry that you received a defective/incorrect item/damaged item. Please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order with a description of the issue and a photo/video of the item and we’ll be happy to assist you. If your request is approved we will send you a replacement.

What currency are prices in?
