We are only able to cancel orders within the first 2 hours after the order is placed. After 2 hours, the order is processed and being prepared for shipment. We process our orders as quickly as possible so that our customers can receive their orders as quickly as feasible. We are not able to cancel orders that have shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.


We stand behind everything we sell. If you believe you have received a defective product or one that does not match the description, please reach out to us at within 14 calendar days of receiving your package with a description of the issue and photo(s). Shipping the item back to us will be your responsibility, however if your refund request is approved, we will refund you the return shipping cost and the product cost, or send a replacement if you wish. We suggest that you use a tracking service when returning your purchase to us. If your item was delivered to us more than 10 business days ago but you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company first as it takes some time before your refund is processed and posted to your credit card account by the bank. We are not responsible for issuing refunds for returned items that do not meet these terms. Please keep the email receipt for your order for reference. The refund will be sent to the original form of payment.
